Sometimes, an event you attend primarily for new knowledge ends up taking your breath away with its atmosphere and energy. That is exactly how I would describe the week of April 13th to 19th at the 46th EPSA Annual Congress in Bydgoszcz, Poland. From Monday’s arrival to Sunday’s farewell, it was a wild ride that perfectly combined professional expertise with international friendship and fun.
54th Pharmaceutical Ball

The 54th Pharmaceutical Ball was held in a festive and friendly atmosphere, which brought together not only pharmacy students. The Jarda Band played music for dancing throughout the evening. The highlight of the event was the popular tombola, or midnight surprise. There were also accompanying dance performances under the auspices of KTV, a space for meeting or establishing and strengthening new contacts.

The yearly concert of the Pharmaceutical and Medical faculty of Charles University took place in the PETROF Gallery on the 25th of November 2025. This year’s evening was marked by musical legends.
Antibiotic campain in the Futurum shopping centre

A public awareness campaign, Antibiotic Awareness Week, organized with the Člnk, took place at the Futurum shopping center on November 19th, 2025. Student volunteers helped members of the public fill out a short questionnaire and find out the level of awareness about antibiotics in society.
EPSA GA Congress in Spain

On November 19 2025 a seven-member delegation from Hradec set off on an adventure to the Spanish historic city of Salamanca to attend the EPSA General Assembly, organized by the Spanish association FEEF.

Stress free softskill

Theoretical models for stress management and task organization were presented to the participants. One of these models showed how to divide tasks according to their importance and urgency, another explained, step by step, how to manage stressful situations.
Graffiti party

The graffiti party was a wonderful event. It was not only about dancing, but the program was spiced up artistically. The idea of spraying our shirts with paint was an excellent addition and gave the party a nice vibe.
Breast cancer awarness workshop

There was a wonderful atmosphere and a great mood at our October workshop. Visitors especially appreciated that such an important topic was discussed in a relatable and open way. 💕
Christmas Markets in Dresden

I spent the whole day walking around the historic town center and admiring local sights and monuments, decorations and the Christmas spirit of the people. I am glad I could be a part of this event.

Antibiotic campaign in Futurum shopping centre

The main purpose of the event was to bust all the well-spread myths about the antibiotics’ efficiency against infections and flu, to provide information about all the versatile antibiotics and their right usage, and to draw attention to the serious problem of antibiotic resistance.
